Reyeltor-uz helps people find and list property in Tashkent. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you use the app, we may collect and store:

• Phone number — to create your account and let buyers reach you
• Email address — for your account, sign-in, and service messages
• Listing details — property information you choose to publish (price, location, description, and similar fields)
• Photos — images you upload for your listings
• Location data — coordinates you place on the map when posting a listing (not continuous background tracking)

How we use your information

We use your data to operate Reyeltor-uz — for example, to show listings on the map, manage your account and coin balance, authenticate you, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app (such as hosting and authentication), under appropriate safeguards.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and listing data while your account is active.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:

1. Open the Reyeltor-uz app and go to your Profile
2. Scroll to the bottom of the profile screen
3. Tap the red "Delete All Data" button
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Warning: This action will permanently delete all your data, including:

• Your account profile and personal information
• All your listings and posted properties
• Photos associated with your listings
• Your saved favorites
• Your coin balance and transaction history
• Your check-in records

This action cannot be undone. If you need additional help or have questions about account deletion, please contact us at privacy@reyeltor.uz.

Children

Reyeltor-uz is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
