Summary

Flint is a personal habit and life-tracking diary. All data stays on your device. We do not operate servers, accounts, analytics, or advertising.

Data we store on your device

Flint may store locally: profile information, habits, logs, mood notes, diary entries, photos or videos you attach, life context, monthly surveys, goals, stats, optional health metrics from Health Connect (when you grant permission), notification preferences, and app settings.

Data we do not collect

• No account registration or login
• No cloud sync or backup by Flint
• No third-party analytics, crash reporting, or ad networks
• No sale or sharing of personal data

Permissions

• Notifications — habit reminders and optional wellness nudges
• Health (read) — optional sync of steps, sleep, and related metrics you approve
• Camera / microphone — optional photos and videos for habit logs
• Photos / files — attach images or videos from your library

Health data

Health data is read only to show trends inside Flint. Flint does not transmit health data off your device.

Your choices

Export or delete all data anytime in Settings. Uninstalling the app removes local Flint data from your device.

Children

Flint is not directed at children under 13.
